Frankfurt am Main - Burgschneider Group is excited to announce its acquisition
of Zeughaus, one of the leading players in medieval armory. The merger allows
Burgschneider to add high quality armor pieces to its own line of medieval
garments while providing Zeughaus with a stable backing moving forward.
Burgschneider Group is the parent company of Burgschneider’s medieval clothing line,
Freyhand’s Live Action Roleplay (LARP) weapons and costumes, and Realms of Mythodea, the
event team behind ConQuest, the world’s largest LARP event. With the addition of
Zeughaus, Burgschneider gains access to one of the top armor lines in the market.
Daniel Gau of Zeughaus is excited to bring the company to the next level with the
stability the merger brings and the opportunity to reach global customers. At
Burgschneider Group, he will be Head of the Costume and Toys division. Markus Böhm,
CEO of Burgschneider Group, says the merger is “a great opportunity to expand
Burgschneider’s line with the best product in the historical and costume armor segment
with the opportunity to roll it out worldwide.”
